We drove to Green Bay, Wisconsin with "Hemi", "Roxie", "Eunice" and "Riley", and had hearts done by a cardiologist, eyes done for CERF by an opthamologist, and blood drawn for thyroid. All went very well.... hearts and eyes are all great!
We have rescued a black male, named "Augustus". Although he is in horrendous condition, full of matts, very stinky, and has been diagnosed with hook and whip worms, his wonderful temperament shines through. He has been thoroughly groomed and vetted, brought up to date on shots, and is being treated for parasites.
He is a great guy, whose temperament is a testament to the breed. He has gone to his new home.

We have received the OFA preliminary hip and elbow results for "Riley", and she has received a "fair" rating for hips and normal elbows.
We welcome with love, our new landseer boy "Floyd". His official name will be: Tidespointe & Moonfleet at Iron Range Prty Boy Floyd. Check him out on "the boys" page. Thanks to Wendy & Steve Aubert for sharing him with us.
The OFA preliminary hip and elbow results have come in for "Roxie" and "Sandie". While the elbows are fine on both birls, "Sandie's" hips won't pass. Sadly, she will be leaving for her "forever" home.
The "Mallory" and "Hemi" litter had their 6 week vet checks today. All pups checked out just great, and the boys have all "required equipment. They will be leaving for their new homes in a couple of weeks.
"Mallory" had her litter sired by "Hemi" today. They are the proud parents of 3 black males and 5 black females. Mother and babies are doing well. WOO HOO!!!
"Hemi" has received OFA certification - OFA-good hips and normal elbows. WOO HOO!!!
Donna (Moonfleet) and her furries "Elsie" and "Sara" were here for a visit. Donna took loads of photos of the Iron Range furries.
"Anja" and her mom, Gwen were here for a two day visit. It was great to have the time to visit. Come again soon!
"Hemi" was x-rayed today for OFA certification. Everything looks WONDERFUL! Woo hoo!!!

An "Eden" son, who goes by the name of "Ernie" has obtained his junior water title, and is now: AM. CH. MOONFLEET'S A TOUCH OF MAGIC, W.D. Many congratulations to his mom, Mary T. for all the hard work in training for this title.

We are so excited to announce and brag about our new addition. The storks (Ken & Karen Dunaway - Mollybrook Kennels) are graciously providing us with a new addition to the Iron Range family.
"Hemi" (Mollybrook's Hymn of Isaiah) is a STUNNING 2 1/2 year old black male. We have high hopes and great expectations for him, both in the show ring and in our breeding program. Click here to see his outstanding pedigree.

Donna H. was here again, and we totally tore apart the office and whelping area, cleaned, sorted... THEN we installed new shelving units, and organized everything needed to successfully whelp and raise pups. What a way to spend a Canadian holiday weekend... whew!

Our dear friend Donna Hounsell~formerly Overman~ (Moonfleet) was here with us over the weekend. She helps us on so many different levels (check out the pictures of our new girls Roxie and Sandie on our GIRLS Page.) Beezer has been bred naturally for the first time!! LOTS of Donna grooming has left our furries in "Moonfleet" shape!! Thanks Donna, we love you!!

Fantasic news here at Iron Range. Our Lilly and Rodney kids have passed their 6 week check ups! YAHOO! Everyone has their shots and mircochips and will be starting to leave for their "forever" homes soon.

Sorry if you've been worrying and wondering about us all. Eden went into premature labor (9 days early) in early Febuary and after a emergency c-section... all her precious babes were lost. Sorrow has no bounds here in Iron Range land. Eden is well (thanks the heavens) and sharing Momma duties with her dear sister Lilly. We're trying hard to count our blessings. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers.
